In case you’re wondering where some of these titles come from, so am I. Usually they’re an afterthought and haven’t been carefully chosen!
This recording is just me enjoying the rhythm you’ll hear throughout. I’ve shared a short sample as is my custom for these messages, but this is one of those things where I can just enjoy being in the zone playing the same few chords for awhile. There’s an abrupt flamencoesque interlude, which I threw in there as a possibility for somewhere else to go with this whenever I return to it.
A great thing about this publication for me is that no matter how much time I have, some of it will always be used to make music with at least the seriousness needed to germinate the seed of an idea. Every few days I have to say to myself, “this is good enough to share,” and whatever comes of that, I know at the very least I'll have a bunch of partially-grown ideas for the future. So thanks again for being here!
